Late Day 9. Semi-Private thread. If you want to join in, just ask!
Ah, criminals. Always the superstitious and cowardly lot, aren't they? Prowling thought the shadows in the middle of the night. Always plotting some dastardly plan to satiate their never ending greed. On Pz'Zazz these miscreants feel safe. Through blackmail, money, power and fear they continue to run rampant across areas they've claimed as their territories.
But the past few nights...have been different for them. Unbeknown to them, something else prowls through the shadows. It is justice. Something else plots. It is honor. Something is about to strike them, all while howling through the night. It's name...His name...is Silverbolt. And tonight, he's brought help.
While it is true that Silverbolt is not at all the stealthiest of bots. The dark shadows and dim lights of Pz'Zazz have provided enough cover for the fuzor to trail the criminals without notice. Soaring to the top of a nearby lamppost in beast mode, Silverbolt looks ahead as the group of criminals from the Falk'Onee crime family quickly made their way inside the First Pz'Zazzian bank, breaking in rather easily.
Narrowing his eyes, the Bird-Dog quickly makes a call on the radio to Dinobot, who has decided to aid him in his quest to hand out justice.

Yes, Dinobot is here to help hand out justice, where 'hand out justice,' means 'wail on punks in a somewhat socially acceptable manner.' For all its faults, prehistoric Earth at least had to opportunity to face the Predacons in battle on a regular basis.
Now, the raptor lurks on the roof of the bank in robot mode, pacing back and forth impatiently next to a large, convenient skylight. He grins as he returns Silverbolt's radio call, moonlight (Pz-Zazz has at least five of them, after all) glinting off his teeth.

The time to strike is now. The time to strike fear into the hearts of criminals. To to strike with fists (and claws as it were) of justice! Silverbolt flies, not too fast, not too slow, practically gliding against the night air as he soars towards the bank's front door.
Swiftly transforming before he headed inside, Silverbolt slowly opens the door, and closes it quickly. There was a slight creaking noise as the door closed, that didn't go unnoticed by the criminals. There were ten total in the group.
About three of them, presumably the "experienced" mobsters, didn't look to shaken at the noise. The rest seemed to be extremely jumpy. Four of the criminals seemed to be giant bipedal roaches, while two of them appeared to be slime creatures. One seemed to be a humanoid android of some sort.
The three elder mobsters all seem grizzled and toughened. One seemed to look like a cross between a rabid, bipedal poodle and a water nozzle, another seemed to be a shriveled gigantic dragonfly , and yet another seemed to be made entirely out of rock. All of the mobsters wore gray pinstriped suits, carried a black briefcase, and were armed with custom blasters.
"Huh? Tell me somewhat else heard dat?" one of them, a roachman, asks.
"Ah, quit wettin' yerself, Vin'Nhee," the Nozzle-Poodle snorts. snorts. "Dis bank is old. da floor creaks. Dat's all. Now, hurry up an let's go too da vault."
"Could definitely use a little more light n here, dats for sure...," a particularly shaky sounding slime creature says. "Dese flashlights just ain't cuttin it!"
"Will you all stop worryin'?!" The Shriveled dragonfly shouts.
"B-but, you all heard the rumors, right?" the shaky one says. "About dat...dat thing, right? Some type of freaky monster dat's been takin' guys like us outta business, right?"
"Dose are just rumors," the Rockman assures. "Somethin' the cops made up ta scare rookies like you. Me? I know it's all just-"
The mobster was cut short as a golden gleam headed towards them. That golden gleam hit the floor, and caused all of the mobsters to be knocked backwards. Silverbolt had tossed one of his feather missiles at the gangsters. The first strike.
"What- what was-?" one of the rookies stammers. His answer is a long "Aroooooooo!" The mobsters all quickly reach for their blasters. Silverbolt could practically smell the fear emanating from them...Well, either that or their natural stench. The time to dispense justice was now! Silverbolt leaps down making sure to stay quiet and close to the shadows as he closes in, his metal hand now balled into a fist.

Dinobot's grin widens as Silverbolt's missile hits the floor, scattering the gangsters. When he hears the Fuzor howl, he runs at the skylight and jumps through it, the glass shattering under his weight. The panicked mobsters look up as the raptor plunges downward surrounded by broken glass, roaring all the while. Some of them even have the presence of mind to shield their faces or fire their guns.
He lands in a crouch on one of the slimes, squashing the unfortunate gangster right out of its suit. Glass shards continue to rain from the ceiling as Dinobot draws his sword from subspace.

The slime creature Dinobot stomps on slides swiftly out of the suit and right towards a wall, splattering against it. The slime creatures eyes rolled to one side of the bank, while his mouth bounced off somewhere on the floor. Needless to say, he wouldn't be getting up any time soon. All of the mobsters started waving their flashlights towards the area where Dinobot landed. Their flashlights hit the raptor-bot and upon looking at him, even some of the elder gangsters started to take a step back.
"Who, who in the Pit are-," One of the roaches began, only to hear a thumping noise behind him. The alien turned around and only saw a flash of glinting yellow eyes, before something bashed him on the head, knocking him unconscious.
"It seems that you fellows intend on robbing this fine establishment for reasons that are undoubtedly impure," Silverbolt began.
"Well...Yeah," the Nozzle-Poodle shrugged, his voice somewhat shaky. "A-and who are you two to stop us, huh?" The creature asked wildly pointing his flashlight from Dinobot to Silverbolt, attempting to discern in his mind what type of creature the two were.
"Justice my friend...," Silverbolt began, slowly closing his hand into a fist. "Justice." WHAM! Silverbolt decked the Nozzle-Poodle in the middle of it's face, causing him to fall backwards. Around the same time, one of the roaches had scurried towards the bank's power grids and used it to turn on the lights.
"You idiot!," the Rockman shouted. "Ya want the whole city to know we're here?"
"Forget about that for now!" The Dragonfly growled, now getting a better look at their assailants, noting to himself that they might be in more trouble then they bargained for. "Let's just deal with these two clowns first!"
The villainous curs began to split up, each group taking on a Maximal. The Rockman and and two of the remaining roaches approached Silverbolt menacingly, while the Dragonfly, the other Slime creature, the last remaining roach, and the android decided to take on Dinobot.
It appeared that the two elders were carrying more than just blasters, as the Rockman's arm suddenly transformed into some sort of cannon and the Dragonfly slowly drew a type of beam sword hidden away in his suit jacket. The Dragonfly then took a stance...And lunged at Dinobot!
OOC: I suppose I should note that the gangsters sizes are slightly taller than human.

"Less talking to them, more hitting them!," Dinobot snaps. He grins as the thugs move to circle him. Normally he'd blast one with his optic lasers and then dispatch the rest, but he has no idea how durable they are, and they're aiming for nonlethal force.
He's considering subspacing his sword and taking them on barehanded (it'd hardly be honorable to massacre the crooks) when the insectoid draws a lightsaber and lunges at him.
The raptor swiftly brings his sword up to block and his knee up toward the dragonfly's groin. "Good! I was beginning to think this wouldn't be interesting!"

The Dragonfly hunched over in pain, growling angrily as he looked back up into the warrior's face, eyes full of rage as he lunged his beam sword at Dinobot. The Slime Creature and the roach repeatedly fired their blasters in Dinobot's direction. The android, noticeably stayed in the background, not doing much.
Silverbolt was under blaster fire from his opponents. Dodging the peons' blasters was a piece of cake. It was the Rockman's arm cannon that gave the bird-dog trouble, however. Every now and then the Rockman would hang back, charging the cannon as he let the rookies do the shooting. After a minute or so, the Rockman would release a huge blast , one that would surely punch a hole straight through the fuzor.
As the Rockman began to shoot one of those very blasts, Silverbolt had seconds to leap into the air, the blast barely singing his foot. As he flew, he tossed one of his feather missiles at one of the roaches arms, Knocking the blaster out of his hand and causing an explosion on the ground powerful enough to knock the roach and it's counterpart, off of their feet, while the Rockman kept his ground, determined as ever.

Dinobot dances out of the way of the dragonfly's wild strike, but doesn't manage to avoid taking a couple blaster shots, which leave black scorch-marks on his chestplate.
Smelt nonlethal force then. He fires a blast from his eye lasers at the roach with the gun, aiming to knock the weapon from its hand. If he misses, well, it was just going to use its manipulatory appendages for evil anyway. Then he ducks behind a counter.

The Dragonfly rushes towards the counter, leaping into the air when Dinobot fires his lasers at the ill-fated roach. Taking flight, the Dragonfly leaped over towards the table and used his beam sword to slice it in two.
Dinobot's laser fire hit the roaches arm violently, turning the insect's appendage into a pile of smoldering ashes in a second. The roach immediate crumpled to the floor whining, as it's slime friend still fired at the raptor. The android hung about in the back...and did nothing.
Silverbolt was still having trouble. One of the roaches was unconscious and one got up and continued to fire, and as for the Rockman...He was still rarin' to blast some bird-dog. Silverbolt, however slowly began to process a plan. It wasn't a particularly good plan. In fact it seemed quite insane, but nevertheless, it seemed like the only way to stop the blasts.
As the Rockman, charged his arm cannon, building up it's blast, Silverbolt charged in close ranged and threw his feather missile towards the cannon as it was about to fire. The Rockman's arm cannon was jammed with the blast inside. The Rockman then looked nervously looked up from his arm to the other roach and back again as huge "BOOM!" was heard throughout the bank.
Silverbolt and the two crooks he was fighting were launched on opposite sides of the bank. Whereas Silverbolt was able to flap his wings just as he was about to hit the ground again, in order to not get slagged on impact, the Rockman and the roach were not blessed with flight capabilities and quite pathetically screamed as they both hit the wall of the bank, sliding down to the floor.
It was like something out of one of those Earth cartoons where the brown predator hunts some sort of abnormally fast blue avian, though in Silverbolt and Dinobot's universe, such things have been known to happen. The Rockman, and the roach lay knocked out on the floor, probably imagining bird-dogs circling over their heads.
Thankfully, he had not received the full impact of the explosion, but what hit him was enough to leave quite a few scorch marks, a chunk missing out of his left leg, and left him feeling mildly disoriented. "Take that you dastardly villains!" Silverbolt coughed. Seconds later, the bird-dog shook his head rapidly to regain his senses and then took flight again to aid Dinobot.

Dinobot jumps back as the dragonfly comes sailing through the air, trying to stay our of reach of the laser sword. He crouches behind the ruined counter, trying to stay out of the line of fire of the other thugs as he feints at the insectoid with his own sword, pulling his rotary blade/shield out of subspace, hoping to use it to relieve the dragonfly of its weapon.

Silverbolt draws out a feather missile and aimed for the remaining slime monster. He then tosses it, only to have it land inside the slime creature, it's handle sticking out of what Silverbolt hoped was it's back. The bird-dog then alighted down next to the slime creature, who was looking quite befuddled as he tried to figure out what had just hit him.
Silverbolt then grabbed the handle of the feather missile and lifted it upwards, taking the surprisingly light slime creature with it. Lifting the missile over his head, Silverbolt swung around and tossed the slime creature over his head. The slime creature landed on the floor behind the fuzor, splattering everywhere.
"I knew I shoulda stayed home today..." the creature muttered as it's mouth slowly slid away from the rest of it's face splattered on the floor.
Dinobot accomplishes what he had aimed to do as the beam sword was knocked out of the dragonfly's hand. The android, however still seemed to just watch the happenings around him in the background.

Dinobot growls as the dragonfly's weapon goes spinning off into space, bringing down the butt of his sword to try and whack the creature on the head. By his count there are only two enemies left standing, and one of them isn't even doing anything. All too easy.

Make that one enemy. What once was a over-sized roach was now a smoldering pile of insectoid carcass on the floor. The murderer was the rock creature, his arm cannon sizzling still after it's recent kill. The Rock Creature turned his head, staring after the two Maximals before holstering his weapon and raising his hands to give the two vigilante's a loud clap. "Very good," the rock creature chuckled in a low gravely voice. "Very good," he repeated clapping louder. "Allow me to...introduce myself a bit. I am Oo'booh. My Master was interested in the vigilante who called himself Bird-dog, and he should be especially pleased that there are to of you."
"Your...Master?" Silverbolt asked an optic raised. He wasn't one to make small talk with criminals, but this one...seemed to have a different agenda from the others.
"Yes, my master!" the rockman repeated with extra cheese. "If you want to find out more...just follow the clues!" And with that, the rockman tossed an object towards Dinobot's feet, landing on the floor in front of him. The object was a sort of mechanical scroll and as it hit the ground it opened itself and revealed a drawing of a draconian-like creature's head, drawn in bright green, fiery ink.
Silverbolt, turned his head to look at the strange symbol. It was certainly odd. What could it mean. Silverbolt meant to ask the rockman the same question, but once he turned back around the alien was gone, a puff a smoke in his place.

Dinobot stops the scroll with his foot to keep it from rolling any further, and growls when the rock creature disappears. "Oh goody. I always wanted to play hide and seek with a criminal conspiracy," he says, voice dripping sarcasm.
He stoops down to pick up the scroll, examining it.

The scroll would give an address and read, "Abandoned History Museum. Fourteen days from now." Silverbolt approached Dinobot. "Well, what does it say? Does it-" Any further questions were interrupted by the sound of a distant siren. "I believe those are the authorities," Silverbolt stated. "While we are assisting them in a sense, it is best to avoid them for now, I think."
