See this? No? Probably because Phobia was about as far away from the congregation as he can possibly manage within the given space. He was currently trying to find his happy place- something a tad bit tricky when he was standing up and trying to school the look of panic into an expression more along the lines of mild displeasure. The bike had no doubt that the place was going to end up being about as crowded as the bottom of a new box of nails very, very soon and it was not going to be fun.
Oh, he can just picture it now, the next days of his life aboard a shipful of murderous, trigger happy and generally mentally unstable lot of slagging sociopaths. It'll be just like Charr, but with a ship instead of a planet.

Spinister attempts to creep up on Phobia.
Why?
Because Phobia is, very clearly, trying to keep away from the crowd. It's different behaviour from the norm. It bears examination.
Spinister's being pretty obvious about creeping up on Phobia, by his standards. Call it a casual creep.

Needlenose isn't attempting to creep up on anyone.
Now that the proper audience is in place, he swoops low over the crowd, pulls up, then touches down lightly on his feet.
Thank you, antigravs.
Then he offers all a deep bow. "Thank you, thank you. Thank you, everyone!" He stands up, arms out, and exclaims, "And now that I'm here, the party can commence!"
He struts towards the ship and asks, "We are celebrating the launch, aren't we? It's only proper, after all!"

Hellbender comes back out from making sure the last of his stuff is properly stashed, and that Shockwave's equipment is inviolate. Everything that is his concern is shipshape, and he doesn't see any obvious problems that are someone else's responsibility that' he'd feel obliged to bring to their attention.
The big blue-black worm-former ambles back down the ramp to wait near Shockwave.

Duskwing flies in as an F-15 and transforms, landing at the edge of the crowd.
"Huh. They move up the launch date or somethin'? I thought it was tomorrow."
He stares at the ship; it's obviously being prepped for launch, but not the mad scramble he remembers from the Nemesis' launch. They'd had to launch before they were ready, then--Optimus Prime taking off on the Ark without warning, and everything happening at once, fueling and loading and rounding up troops at the same time. They'd had Primus' own luck that no one had dropped a spanner, struck a spark and sent Megatron and his elite up in a fireball of exploding rocket fuel.
This was far more orderly. Construction and loading finished before fueling, selected crew and troops already selected, not grabbed at the last minute from whoever was nearby and functional...
Kind of boring, really, but in spite of the sedate, well-planned nature of the launch, they were still taking Duskwing.

It was only natural of course- being isolated from the group made one an obvious target for the lurking predators. Or in this case, a creepy brightly colored helicopter, but the prickling of his peripheral sensors was as familiar as an old friend no less. Familiar, and generally easier to deal with than a crowd but still about as pleasant as sanding the paint off his fenders.
With a millennia's worth of practiced ease, Phobia stops his fingers from twitching nervously and calmly turns to face Spinister with a rather stern look on his face, even as Needlenose makes his grand, noisy entrance. Only a stern look though, and it was brief because the expression on the bike's face quickly changes into a sincere, heartwarming kind of smile.
"Greetings."

The arrival of all the fliers elicits small gasps of wow from Mistwind, who isn’t particularly hiding his fondness for all ‘Cons airborne. It’s ship-day after all and he hadn’t seen nearly all the Decepticons here on Gillanan!
But their arrival brings with it a new problem.... the tall crowd that forms steadily, and Mistwind being, well, small. Ducking between legs and other means of locomotion, he makes to the front of the crowd, and finds himself a boulder large enough to look over the rest.

And Blitzwing arrives, neither flashily nor loudly nor, he hopes to much fanfare. Fanfare would probably mean he's about to be publicly punished, as he think of no other circumstances that people would cheer for his arrival.
He lands a distance from the others, like Phobia. Unlike Phobia, it has more to do with not having any actual friends and someone may just take the chance to plant something sharp in his back. Perhaps something sharp and explosive.

Shockwave moves to try and pat Hellbender on the shoulder when he takes up station near Shockwave. This coming journey will be hard on the mining worm, Shockwave fears. It will not be Hellbender's element.
To Needlenose, Shockwave answers, "I am aware of no such plans, and would prefer to get whatever christening that may be planned over and done with so that we be on our way."
"You may celebrate, if that is your desire, once we are launched. But no delays on the ground."

A certain purple and teal bomber is making his approach as well, already observing the ship even as he's in the air, and once he has enough he transforms and falls down to the ground with a heavy thud. With an annoyed groan he stands upright and looks at the ship in disapproval, crossing his arms as best as he can. "What kind of Decepticon ship is this? It is not even purple! The Great One would be ashamed if he were here to see this scrapheap that is unworthy of the Decepticon name!"

The absence of other people aboard ship clues Dead End that perhaps he's boarded too early. He returns back outside and joins the crowd in time to hear Lugnut's comment.
"Oh, do be sure and tell Commander Hook and Commander Shockwave your opinion of their design and handiwork. They'd be delighted to have the feedback, I'm sure."

"Oh, hello," Spinister greets Phobia, staring at the motorcycle Decepticon meaningfully. He seems to demand an explanation with his gaze.
Spinister might just be amused by Needlenose's entrance, but if he is, he isn't saying. He looks over at Shockwave mildly, optics narrowed ever so slightly.
Shockwave does not command the Mayhems.
Not yet, anyway. He steps away from Phobia, moving closer to Needlenose, a silent show of support for his partner.

"Hello, hello! What's this?" A Decepticon most of the people here haven't seen on Gillanan before alights in robot-mode, looking at the spaceship with interest.

Lugnut turns to the Porsche that dared approach him, an annoyed growl showing his disdain as he kept his arms crossed. "A glorious idea, and one that the great lord Megatron would praise! But no, the commander Shockwave does not handle criticism well." Nor is he in the mood to get shot. Again. "And I suppose that this is the best that such poorly skilled engineers could do in these circumstances and with such limited time and resources."

"Do tell? So you believe that mighty Megatron hand-picked 'poorly-skilled engineers' as his elite team of construction engineers, and as his regent on Cybertron? Dear me, that would speak poorly of my creator's leadership skills!" Dead End replies. Lugnut is starting to annoy him. --- skippable unless beaten upon ;-)
