Scourge stands, staring at the gaping hole that has been put through the wall of an innocent, unsuspecting building. To an outsider, it almost looks as if he's staring at the hole and wondering how it got there and why there are flecks of tormented metal scattered across his body but mostly on his hands. The Sword of Fury is next to him, shoved into the ground by its tip. It stands forlorn, forsaken for the fury of his fists.
Inside, Scourge is wondering why that maimed wall couldn't be Shockwave, lying dead and broken open, or Sky-Byte, gutted like the fish he is. He isn't sure which one is worse, Sky-Byte for being Sky-Byte or Shockwave for daring to interfere with his fight with Shockwave. Then there is Starscream, and -
His head is clearing, the oppressive fog of anger lifting, letting the red sun shine down into Scourge's mind and illumine the wrath-worm surfaces of his psyche. Talking with Dead End has been annoyingly distracting, but perhaps distraction was what he needed.
Scourge reaches out and yanks the Sword of Fury out of the ground to lean it casually against his shoulder. There are going to be repercussions for his tantrum, and he'd like to make slagging sure that he deserves them.

A cheerful honk blares through the area as a rusty-looking motorcycle rolls up and transforms into a rusty-looking robot. "Good day, my lord Mordred."

Scourge whirls at the not entirely unexpected tail. When one stomps out after a temper tantrum, it is a reasonable assumption that some may follow. However, that the accursed Junkion has followed is perhaps a bit different. He greets her gruffly, grudgingly, "Detective Montoya, Gotham PD."
He isn't feeling any unreasoning rage taking over his mind yet. Empirically, he's going to chalk up the effect to things that are Not Her.

She smiles crookedly. "Not a name I usually hear, but it works."
Leaning over to peer around him, she takes in the hole in the wall then glances at his fists. "Looks like the vandalism is no longer in progress."

Scourge looks down at his hands and looks faintly surprised to see the flecks of metal and glass clinging there. He shakes himself, not in the way or someone ashamed or trying to cover up but more like a bird taking a dust bath. He arches an optical ridge and inquires, "What do you usually hear, then?"
Then, Scourge looks over at the destruction he has wrought and cheerily agrees, "Brilliant deduction."
Do they really want Autobots scoping out their city, even conquest-loving Autobot allies? At least this Junkion isn't seeing much more than a bashed in wall.

Hey, the ability to see what is actually there rather than what a person wants to be there is just as useful as skill as being Nightbeat. "Usually they just call me Pee-Dee, Scourge."
She "stuffs" her hands into pockets that she doesn't have. "That was a bit explosive there earlier. Almost wondered if I'd need to pick up my head after."

This Junkion seems to be a little easier to talk to than Screwdriver is, but it does hit Scourge that Screwdriver did give him her name - Pee-Dee. D'oh. he comments, "Pee-Dee? Oh good. 'Cause the devil is a loser1."
Scourge narrows his optics and considers. Stubbornly, he points out, "There is a truce." Unfortunately.

"So?" It's not as if there being a truce has stopped fire accidents from having before. Or pre-emptive assaults.
Besides, when one stood near Rodimus, little things like truces got thrown out the window.

"I do try to be a professional," Scourge replies, each word crisp. He's going to get reamed over that little snit, isn't he? He's disgusted with himself, and yet, he's not even sure if that outburst was entirely his own fault of his own volition. Optics narrowing, he inquires, "I don't suppose truces are especially fragile around your people?"

"My people? Not really. Give us energon, some parties, working intergalactic-receiving dishes and viewscreens, and we're generally happy as clams." Violent, evil clams. That are perhaps a touch cannibalistic.
Okay, the simile got stretched a bit there. She's a Junkion, she does that.

Yeah, Scourge is sure that the Autobots all just want to party - wait. She isn't talking about Autobots, is she? She's talking about Junkions. The receiving dishes and view screens nails it, for Scourge.
Maybe he needs to be a little more blunt. He amends, "Your other people. The Autobots. They wouldn't happen to be inexplicably rage-inducing, would they?"

Pee-Dee strikes an innocent pose and peers up at Scourge. "Oh no. Autobots aren't inexplicably rage-inducing."

From one liar to another, the only thing Pee-Dee is innocent of is innocence. It can't hurt to get more specific, and Scourge does, "Not in general, but are any in specific? Or perhaps explicably? Or is this your new Weapon of the Week?"
Or he could just bash her head in. That would work, too. Stupid truce. Scourge crosses his arms, as if to remind himself to keep his fists to himself.

Pleasantries with the Autobots now finished, Starscream has a bone to pick with one of his commanding officers.
Starscream is flying in as fast as his robot mode can send him, anti-gravs and jet-feet are hurtling him there as fast as he can.
Starscream doesn't bother waiting to finish landing. "WHAT IN THE NAME OF THE MATRIX DO YOU THINK YOU WERE DOING?!"1 He either doesn't know that Pee-Dee is there, or doesn't care that he's doing this in front of someone.
1 This? THIS is screeching.

Starscream provides a nice interruption from thinking of the best and most irritating way to answer Scourge. Besides, Starscream asked a question himself!
Of Scourge. Which is why the best and most irritating way to answer him was to answer at all.
Pee-Dee stretches her arms over her head, then folds her right arm at the elbow so her hand is reaching back to touch the base of her neck. She grasps the elbow with her left hand. "Looking very fine, thanks."
