While admittedly Oracle had been goading Sky-Byte to see what reaction she could get, and she had perhaps been hoping to push him into breaking the truce, this was an unexpected delight. Judging from him expression it was unexpected to him as well though hardly as pleasantly, and she smirked again slightly as she mentally counted the encounter as a small win to spite the sting from the fresh scrapes on her wing. Hopefully this would be worth deliberately not stepping out of the way when she saw his arm coming.
"I was bored and amusing myself, though you were the one that assumed that simply because I was a Seeker, I was a Decepticon. I don't think I'll be bored for much longer though." Not now that he had managed to screw up so spectacularly. "After all truce breaker, you just made yourself into free meat, and I'm hardly going to let the opportunity slip by." Accidentally or not he had managed to injure her and as far as she knew that meant she just couldn't do anything permanent to him in retaliation. That left a lot of ground open for her to amuse herself with.
Her grin turned almost hungry as she slowly extended the blades on her unoccupied hand with a soft scrape and click before taking a circling step to the side. A small amount of her attention was on a place to stash Holi while she played with Sky-Byte, but if she had to she would just put him down and let him run off. She could always track him down later, even if it would be a pain. "There is some irony in this though, since were you not trying to keep the other one from breaking the truce himself? I doubt your commander will see the funny side on the other hand, once this is reported." For her, that just made the situation all the more delicious.

"Quiet guppy, that's 'shark' to you."
That wing was not supposed to be there. The tips of his Anchor Arm were not supposed to graze against any part of this strange Autobot. Sky-Byte had just been struggling to keep the truce intact with Long Range, now he goes and blows it in a few seconds.
"Truce breaker?" Sky-Byte sputters, half in disbelief and half in an effort to sound decently innocent. "It was an accident. You wouldn't have been hit if you weren't--if you weren't moving around!" That must be it, she was moving around. He just misjudged the length and strength of his Anchor Arm (again)...it must be a conspiracy.
"Irony, the humor of elites," mutters Sky-Byte, optics glued to the sudden appearance of blades in Oracle's hand. "It - It wasn't my fault! I wasn't out of bounds!" He points back where Bumblebee and Runamuck sat rumbling just a few moments back, his idea of there being some sort of boundary for the Autobots and the Decepticons still firmly rooted in his memory banks.
"If anything, I should be the one reporting to your commanders. Or even better, I should have no guilt about scratching your little wings or doing a bit more damage if you keep this up." Sky-Byte's features twist into an irritated snarl as he shakes his fist at the circling bot, his Anchor Arm spinning slowly at his side.

Someone has a tripod slung over his shoulder and is planning to go tromping around the mountains. That someone is Hook, who thinks some land-survey is called for in case he needs to expand the base drastically.
This means he has to pass through the area where all the ruckus is. The ruckus that is involving words like 'truce breaker' being thrown around.
Hook glances at the sky. Builders, give him strength. Or accuracy in slamming people's heads together.
"What. Is. Going on?"

Guppy? Is that all he's got? He could at least have added "useless", "puny", "incompetent", "stupid", or "disrespectful".
"Big words from the catch of the day," Holi jeers. It's false bravado on his part, bolstered only by Oracle's presence and protection. There probably isn't a single mechanoid on the planet who can't turn the Micromaster into a black and blue pile of scrap if he or she wants to and Holi won't discount this one just because he's a stupid fish.
He shouldn't discount this Autobot just because she's getting defensive on him, either, he scolds himself as Oracle starts making moves. He's such an idiot! And she's an idiot for opening the combat floor with him still sitting here. Probably doesn't care if he gets caught in the crossfire, either.
"Have all the fun you want with Flipper," he cries, scrambling to drop down her back and clear the area, "but I'll stick to the sidelines!" Blatant cowardice gets him heaped with ridicule and scorn, but it keeps him alive and that's what matters in the end. This whole facing the enemy head-on thing is for the birds. Or the big bots. They can have it. Holi bolts for the cover of the nearest side-street–
Or not. He comes to a screeching halt when Omega's pet crane shows up. And he stares. Hook sure looks different when he isn't behind crystal lattice.

Ironically enough, in reality it was Oracle not moving that had resulted in Sky-Byte's trouble, rather then her having moved. She didn't miss that it was him scrambling for something to blame the situation on that had resulted in that little statement though. "I didn't move shark, but nice try."
The comment about being out of bounds got a curious tilt of her head. "Out of bounds? What are you talking about? I'm not in your base, the city wasn't off limits so what's your malfunction?" If he misunderstood the terms of the truce, that wasn't her problem. "What exactly would you report me for then, annoying you? I'm sure that would fly."
Feeling Holi scrambling to get down, she bends a knee and dips down to give him a shorter drop, though she takes advantage of having her other hand freed by extending the blades from those fingertips as well without taking her attention off of Sky-Byte. Looks like she will have to go looking for the Micromaster later then, but she's not going to argue with his wanting to get out of the way.
Taking another step to the side to be sure she is between Sky-Byte and the retreating Holi she abruptly swings her head around when Hook speaks, looking in that direction. What a change it was to see a Hook not currently caged, he did sound a bit peeved though.
She contemplated not answering him for a moment, then shrugged and gestured to Sky-Byte. "He's an idiot, and careless?" Her attention was split between Hook, Holi and Sky-Byte now, with only a slightly greater part on Sky-Byte. It wouldn't do to be attacked because she was careless after all, but she couldn't help being curious about Hook. Holi she would keep an optic on until he either cleared the area or got somewhere out of danger, either worked for her.

First Sky-Byte bristles at both the pipsqueak and Oracle, then he borders on boggling as the latter reveals his flawed thinking of the truce. "Well I..." he begins, his sputtering winding down to a bit of a halt at Hook's arrival and the near panic it brings.
Forcing down that urge to flail, Sky-Byte stands a bit taller and more proper as he inwardly scrambles for a defense--or a possibility that he can shift the blame. He's experienced both ends of that action.
"I only meant to greet her. It isn't my fault that she seems to be made of shoddy materials," he scoffs, crossing his arms but keeping a wary optic on the flyer. Sky-Byte can see the worst results of this situation now...all of them painful and embarrassing in one way or another. "Besides, she startled and thus provoked me." The last few words are muttered righteously under his breath.

Hook glances down as the Targetmaster- no, too tall by a foot, he corrects - very small Transformer dashes towards him. Zie skids to a stop, and a smirk curves Hook's mouth as he looks down at the tiny thing. Someone obviously didn't want to be there. How cute.
"Now what are you?" He asks in a low voice, before turning the main focus of his attention back on the Seeker and Sky-byte.
Are they really having issues over a few scratches? They are! Is everyone else here utterly defective?!
"They are scratches," Hook says, irritation lacing his voice. "If she cannot stand up to a few scratches, then she should not be paying visits to soldiers, much less pretending to be one herself. And if you cannot tell what damages are and are not too light to be regarded as anything but a minor irritant, Sky-byte, perhaps you should spend time away from these Autobots. Perhaps even in the base; I'm certain Scourge would appreciate the company."
Yes, Hook hates you all.

Any sort of focused interest doesn't often bode well. Somehow, that look on Hook's face just doesn't make it any better. Holi shakes himself out of staring and gives the Constructicon a smile that's both manic and malicious.
"Leaving," he pronounces in an and there's nothing you can do about it tone. Then he makes good on his word and hightails it.
OOC: Outta here.

Alright, so she was still curious about Hook, but at the moment she was also highly irked by his showing up. She was also mildly annoyed by Hook's apparent assumption that she was actually bothered by what Sky-Byte had done to her wing. Considering how often her manner of fighting got her at least slightly damaged, if something so minor bothered her she'd have been scrap a long time ago.
"I was bored and he was easy to provoke, even if I didn't expect this to happen, but I fear you've rather spoiled the mood." Hard to get the shark all wound up when he was trying to defend himself from Hook instead of responding to her. Besides her current irritation really had somewhat spoiled her mood, and she wasn't all that interesting in playing anymore. She did have other things she could be doing anyway.
Like for one, going after Holi, she thought as she watched him take off. Still keeping a bit of her bit of her attention on Sky-Byte, though she had mostly and obviously dismissed him from her mind, she retracted her blades and turned to follow the Micromaster. Deviating from a straight line only far enough to be sure she didn't clip Hook with her wing she headed down the alley, making her way out of the area.
OOC: Exited the scene.

Sky-Byte is between deflating at the scolding and being relieved that the situation is quickly dispelled. He settles for a mix between the two.
"Ah...sure. I could have handled it perfectly fine on my own anyways," Sky-Byte mumbles as he transforms. He gives Hook one fleeting glance before floating off. Not back to base though, rather somewhere he can skulk and somewhere without the threat of a Scourge. Rather, he should do something productive--like finish that book.

Hook, defuser of situations and destroyer of meetings.
On the upside, he now knew the Autobot seeker wasn't a complete fool who deserved to have her 'core lines cut before she hurt herself. He's also discovered something new and interesting to chase later on.
On the downside, he wanted to go muse over the scans of the Targetmasters rather than tromp around the mountains. That little Transformer had given him an idea...
Oh, wait, there is now downside to this.
Hook smiles as he heads back towards the Decepticon base.
