Kup may have noticed the incongruity, but lacks the cultural background to assign any more significance to it than, "Hnh. That's weird."
When Emirate Xaaron finally decides, Kup leads the way to the lounge. He enters a ration code into the dispenser, then draws forth two smaller-sized cubes of energon, then types in another request and frowns at the setting.
They may have to go to stricter rationing soon. Though that party had been fun, they certainly can't afford things of that nature too often.
He offers Xaaron one cube and then goes to sit down himself, taking a sip of his. "So. We covered your Prime. Who takes next priority?"

Emirate Xaaron mentally curses. Look to the sky for Seekers and chaos. Look to the ground for demons and light.
He follows Kup, optics darting around. He has a fairly good idea of the base layout, how it differs from his own. It's likely a better idea than these Autobots really want him to have.
Emirate Xaaron takes the cube and sits down, but he doesn't drink it. Instead, he watches Kup drink his, optics still dull, and there's a pounding ache in the back of his head.
He considers and suggests, "Probably Omega Supreme. He's not terribly motivated, but get him on a battle field, and he's devastating. He collects Constructicons. I'm not really sure what the deal is. Long Haul indicates that Omega Supreme's gone a bit soft in the head, since he knew him."

Kup nods. He was kind of expecting that, actually. "'Collects Constructicons'? Is that going to be an issue with our own Long Haul?" He sips from his cube, obviously not particularly concerned over poisoning and the like.
"Can you give a quick rundown of his capabilities?" Kup figures they're probably pretty similar to his own Omega Supreme's, but then, the other Prime is more powerful, from the sounds of it. Another way to compare would be for Kup to list his Omega Supreme's capabilities and ask Xaaron to point out the difference, but... that would be the stupid way of doing this.

Emirate Xaaron considers Kup's questions and answers, sounding uncertain, "Probably? He only collects the ones that are unwilling to be around him. The rest, he lets go free. He's gestalt-sized, perhaps a little bigger, able to rearrange geography with a punch or a shot, capable of space travel, troop carrying, and communications duty, better aim than you'd expect..."
He trails off and shivers. Emirate Xaaron is ever so thankful that Omega Supreme isn't terribly motivated. He's bad enough as it is.
Emirate Xaaron hasn't mentioned a speech defect of any sort, mainly because there isn't a speech defect to mention.

So, capabilities about the same. Kup, for his part, isn't really worried too much about any speech defects. When you've got Omega Slagging Supreme on your tail-pipes, who cares if he's using complete sentences?
But Autobots have dealt with Dark Guardians before, haven't they?
"All right. Beyond him, what should we look out for? Focus on differences you've noticed between your crew and ours." Then he takes another sip, listening intently. He's leaning forward in his seat, his wrists resting lightly just above his knees, and despite his occasional pausing for a drink, his focus is very sharp.

Emirate Xaaron considers, and he notes, "You allow your jets near Skyfire? My Oracle seemed to be on decent terms with my Skyfire, but my Slingshot and Skyblast - very close, those two - tended to avoid him. My Skyfire collects jets, you see, and Perceptor reprograms them to be his... slaves."
He shudders and opines, "Never have I been so happy to be ground-bound. Currently, Thundercracker is the only one in Skyfire's collection, but I know he'd love to expand it. My Skyfire likes luxury, and he's more into looting than blind destruction. Rubble has a low resale value and doesn't look very good mounted in a cabinet."
Emnirate Xaaron points a finger at Kup and suggests, "Keep your jets away from that Skyfire. What Perceptor does to them is... is... you don't want them to end up Skyfire's vapid slaves."

Kup puts down his drink and rubs the bridge of his nose, considering Emirate Xaaron's words. Then he lowers his hand and looks right at the gold and silver robot. "I'll give them a heads up, but with only a limited number of fliers, we might not have any choice but to let them engage him.
"Most enemies want to do nasty, unpleasant stuff to us if they get their paws on us. The trick is not letting them do that - easier said than done, I know, but part of that is fighting them where we can."
Kup gestures lightly, encouragingly. "Now, go on."

"They should at least know that fates worse than death await them, simply because they turn into jets," he says softly.
Emirate Xaaron finally caves and takes a drink. He feels a little better, and it hasn't killed him yet. So far, so good.
He rubs the back of his helmet, wondering what he needs to cover. Emirate Xaaron comments, "Botanica is semi-feral and rarely allowed inside the base. She is very preachy - wants us all to go technorganic, like she is."

"They'll know," Kup assures. "They'll be told."
Kup scrunches his mechanical nose in distaste over the whole technorganic thing. He disapproves of the whole concept of technorganic Transformers and a technorganic Cybertron to begin with, but as long as they weren't pushing it on him and his Cybertron, he was willing to overlook it - what else was there to do? He tries to cover the expression with another sip of energon, but doesn't do such a good job. "All right. What else?"
OOC: Are we moving to the point where summarizing would be best?

Emirate Xaaron makes a very stricken look and says in a hollow voice, "I should tell you about Perceptor. He is a miscarriage of science. He is..." Emirate Xaaron takes a stiff drink of that energon and stares at Kup beseechingly. "Really, it's just best to not be taken captive. If you don't find yourselves fighting your friends, it's because something worse has happened to them."
OOC: Sure.

Kup sighs. He first straightens from his hunched over position, then leans back. He rests his elbows on the top of the seats behind him, hands hanging limply, energon cube in his right hand, and stretches his legs out in front of him. He idly sloshed the energon in his now half-filled cube as he watches and listens to Emirate Xaaron, and nods once.
"Your folk sound like a really swell bunch," he observes.

Emirate Xaaron laughs nervously, twiddling his fingers together, and he protests, "We're not all bad. There's..." He stops to think. "...never you mind. Swerve!"
He sighs and looks away, his voice getting small, "Pee-Dee is a very bad cop, corrupt as they come. It's why I was so startled to see my alternate dancing with this Pee-Dee. I mean, you could buy my Pee-Dee, but you had to have something she wanted. She's Nightbeat's moll, but they don't always get along."
There is more he is not saying and will not say, even if Kup prods him, just like there are things he will not say about Perceptor, about Rodimus Prime, and about many things.

Kup does prod for what Emirate Xaaron will say, however, and so the morning passes, Xaaron saying what he will of his alternates, and Kup listening... mostly patiently to hear these stories of these other robots who wear the faces of friends.
OOC: Okay. Now fade-out for reals. Leaving this open for a summary post on Xaaron's part, if he wants to make one.
