"We completed testing of the gestalt process shortly after we joined the Decepticons. The six of us merged into Devastator. I am uncertain how much some of you know of gestalts...
"A gestalt is a larger robot created by the combination of a team of normal-sized ones. Most gestalt teams these days are five-mech teams, but Devastator has always been a six-mech team. The five-mech configuration has one larger mech who serves as the torso and head, and four others who transform into the limb. The six-mech configuration has six mechs of equal size, two of whom combine to form the torso, while the other four form the limbs.
"A gestalt is fully capable of taking on a Guardian robot. In fact, Devastator was originally created for that very purpose. We have fought Omega Supreme reasonably often in that form, and we are almost evenly matched.
"There has been a tendency, in more recent times, with the Autobots creating their own gestalts for gestalt to battle gestalt. This is usually an... interesting affair as both sides can make full use of the unique tactics granted by having a gestalt.
"As a gestalt, Devastator is fearsome and destructive. He is, I must reluctantly admit, no longer as dangerous as he once was since the advent of the newer gestalts. We, the Constructicons, have mostly shifted back to the task of construction.
"We have always been the Empire's premier engineers and builders, our skills vastly improving over the nine million years of the Great War. I myself am considered Cybertron's finest surgical engineer.
"We are most often the ones Megatron turns to when he needs one of his more creative plans implemented.
"At this time, there are only two Constructicons on this world. I am one of them, and the other is my gestalt-mate Long Haul. He is, unfortunately, an Autobot right now. I need access to him in order to develop and apply a solution that will rid him of whatever nonsense making him believe he is an Autobot. I would consider it... irritating if undue harm were done to him before I have had a chance to fix him."

OOC: The Robo-Smasher and Crystal City are not common knowledge. It is, in fact, something that only Hook and Starscream should know on the Decepticon side right now.
However, it is well known that Omega Supreme has put in a great deal of effort towards killing the Constructicons.
