Someone has set up a video camera in front of Hook while he's finishing up a console in the security center. This file opens up with a view of Hook's side and back as he welds.
"Omega Supreme is the last of the old Guardian robots from before the first Great War. That would be the war against the Quintessons, which does make him Quintesson technology. Well, hybridized technology by this point.
"As I was saying... The Guardian robots were very powerful and quite beyond the ability of any Transformer engineer to duplicate. There are parts in them that are not yet understood, but that make the immense robots possible. The knowledge that he is of Quintesson-build does shed some light on those aberrations.
"Omega Supreme is the only sapient and sentient Guardian robot. We're not entirely sure how that developed initially, but all of the hardware relating to intelligence has been significantly upgraded over the years. Of course, heh, that does imply how rather frightful he was when he first awoke..."
Hook completes yet another utterly neat and straight weld. Someone really into welding might enjoy this video file a lot.
"Omega Supreme is also the only Guardian robot that transforms. Again, that was an upgrade made to him. He transforms into a rocket-base. His lower arms form the rocket, which is launchable and capable of interstellar travel. A track runs from the rocket to a guard-station and back around. A tank runs along the track."
There is an almost unnoticeable skip in the recording, as if a tiny part of it has been snipped. Hook pauses and glowers at whomever is behind the camera. "Yes, I suppose it is rather an odd transformation.
"Be that as it may, Omega Supreme is the size of a gestalt in his robot form. For those of you without gestalts, that would be in the range of... Well, if a standard Transformer is this tall-" Hook uses his hand to indicated a certain scale tallness on the side of the console. "Then Omega Supreme would be this tall." His other hand marks a significantly taller-scale robot.
"He is a massive killing machine, and an implacable foe of the Decepticons. His firepower is more than capable of destroying cities, and the only Decepticons who have been able to fight him one-for-one are the gestalts.
"His weaknesses are fairly simple - he is rather slow mentally and possesses a one-track mind at times. He is also extremely unagile, though he can be surprisingly quick at times.
"He has an especial hatred for the Constructicons, yes. Now go away and quit bothering me."
The recording cuts off after this.
In addition, there are several pictures of Omega Supreme in alt-mode and robot-mode, some of which have other robots in them to give a sense of scale. There is also a text-transcription of the video file.
