Available Upgrade and Schematics

Now that I have complete schematics for all of you, Engineering is able to offer the robot-mode flight upgrade to all Decepticons not currently capable of it. File a request chit as directed, and it will be handled when I have the time.

Unless you're a Seeker, in which case Starfighter can handle you.

Robot-mode flight is a free character upgrade for all Decepticons who don't currently have it. The rules for character upgrades are available here, so check it over. We're likely to judge the robot-mode flight upgrades pretty lightly, but you still need to give us the complete set of information we ask for.
