Rodimus Prime asked if he needed help, and needing to be flipped back over qualifies as help. The Prime, still on a relatively clear patch of road, switches into a lower gear and begins to turn sharply, pulling off a near-perfect bootlegger despite his bulk. He drives back towards the others, slowing considerably as he reaches them... hmmm. Looks like Skyblast had almost reached the end of the slick spot.
"What may work best is for me to push him up onto you, Sideburn."

Skyblast is startled that Rodimus Prime and Sideburn seem to be contemplating helping him. It is a race, after all, and one he probably shouldn't be in. (He was bored! And has very poor ability in selecting a proper amusement.) It probably also says something about his poor judgement abilities.
The fact that he thinks being rammed by one car and flipped into another sounds fun just says that he really possesses no judgement abilities at all. He cheers, "Go for it!"

"Alright." Sideburn carefully manuevers onto the oil-slicked road, going slow so he doesn't lose control. He positions himself close to one of Skyblast's wings, facing the jet.

It's not a race. Not exactly. It's an obstacle course, an exercise for practicing one's skills and abilities. And, well... this is certainly a non-standard method of practice.
Rodimus rolls carefully over the slicked portion. His mass serves as both advantage and disadvantage in this situation, as he has more traction than the others might, but still lacks enough that he has to give himself extra stopping room, even going very slowly.
"All right. Ready? Starting to push - now." And with that, Rodimus rolls forward very slowly, attempting to nudge Skyblast up onto Sideburn so that the two of them can get him flipped.

Skyblast, being from the 2007 Movie, is perhaps more tightly gripped by reality and physics than the comic Rodimus Prime and the anime Sideburn. It hits him that he has absolutely not idea how what the two automobiles want to do will actually work.
Despite this, he choruses cheerily, "I was created ready!"
If all goes well, Skyblast is shoved up the slope of Sideburn's hood. It shouldn't injure Sideburn, since Skyblast is lightly built. However, it is up to Sideburn if Skyblast actually gets up there or not.

Sideburn presses hard on his brakes as Rodimus moves Skyblast towards him. He slides back because of the oil, but the jet still gets up onto his hood.

Rodimus pushes Skyblast most of the way onto Sideburn's hood but, while Skyblast is still slanted, pops his own hood in an attempt to snag the wing that's nearest Rodimus.
"All right. If this works, and I manage to snag his wing, I need you to start driving towards me very slowly, Sideburn. If I get his wing, that should flip him upright."
It is, of course, up to Skyblast's player whether or not the wing gets snagged.

Little does Skyblast know, but the Generation One cartoon Autobots once spent most of an episode stuck in vehicle mode. Of course, Sideburn and Rodimus Prime don't know this, either. If any of them did, they might comment on how figuring out how to flip a very small jet in alternate mode might possibly be useful. Perhaps Kup even had that episode in mind when he designed this course.
As it is, Skyblast probably hasn't even heard of mode locks, which Rodimus might have. This just seems like an odd exercise to him.
His wing is snagged, a distinctly uncomfortable feeling.

This is an odd exercise for Sideburn too, however it's still interesting to see what they can do while in alt mode.
Sideburn notes when Skyblast's wing is snagged and starts to slowly roll forward. Hopefully this will work, and they won't have to try to figure out a different way to flip Skyblast.

It's difficult, because the road beneath is still slick. Rodimus tries to stay still, and he has mass on his side, but sometimes this reduces Sideburn's ability to roll forward. Still, eventually Skyblast is flipped over, so that he is now right-side-up on Rodimus's hood.
"Excellent work, Sideburn!" Rodimus proclaims, then backs away and turns to carefully and slowly drive out of the slick portion of the road. Once his front tires are off, he asks, "Skyblast, can you slide off my hood on your own? You should be able to take off from here."

After feelin' sorta left out from shootin' things, Firebolt rolls up to the vehicle course in something she -knows- she'll be good at. After all, most of her life was spent bein' a car. She rolls up and then just... Gapes.
"What the hell is going on here?!" She says as she skids to a stop a bit away from the goings on and then stares. She goes to say something but then falls short, mostly dumbfounded by what's going on. It's just a big tangled mess of metal, tires, wheels, wings and well, god knows what.

"Uhm, I'm not sure," Skyblast chirps back to Firebolt's strident questions, because he really can't wrap his head around the physics of what is happening to him. All he knows is that he tipped over upside-down, and now, he is not-so upside-down.
How is he supposed to get down from Rodimus Prime's hood? It's not like his wheels are actually powered. Then it occurs to him that if he slowly unfurls one section of his talons, he can probably push off from Rodimus Prime's hood. So he does just that and slides back onto the ground.
Back on the ground, he beams, "Thanks, guys! Er, and sir. If we all ever get stuck in alternate mode, and I end up upside-down, we'll know what to do!"
Watch, it'll happen now.

"Hey, you're the one who figured out how to do it," Sideburn replies to Rodimus.
Though he's talking out loud, Firebolt will likely still be recieving a radio visual from him as he replies to her. His image shrugs. "Skyblast here got flipped over, and we were flipping him back so we all could continue the course."

Rodimus Prime is an 'er, and sir!'
"Yeah, but I couldn't have done it alone, Sideburn." Sappy? Yes. But that's the point of being a leader. Anyone sufficiently powerful can grand-stand in one on one matches against the other side, but a leader makes use of his resources, and so things get done that he could not do alone.
"Sideburn's pretty much explained things, Zippy," Rodimus calls to Firebolt. "Care to join us? If so, be careful of that first patch. Very slick. If you can handle off-road, you might want to try driving alongside, but get back on the road as soon as you're past the slick area, or you'll get bogged down."
Yeah, it's pretty obvious that Rodimus is not treating this like a competition.
"And it's back to the course! Good luck, guys!" The Prime revs his engines and takes off again, swerving sharply around Skyblast and heading for the series of walls that cover part of the road up ahead. He doesn't have the sort of speed the others do, but it's not long before he's making tight little turns worthy of a much smaller sports car to keep from clipping the obstacles.

In response to Sideburn's image shrug, Firebolt's image points like she would be poking him in the side of the head. "Y'all are crazy!" She states.
She stares at the road for a moment, not liking the slick patch in the least bit. "I can't do off road!" She declares. "I'm not made for this kind of thing... So, I'm gonna go... Really slow."
Slowly, she starts moving across the slick patch, trying not to move too fast, which bothers her slightly, but she'd rather keep control than sliding out of control. After inching her way across, she drives over to the little group, choosing to sit next to Sideburn as he's somebody she knows, and then waits for somebody to say what's next.
