"Scourge - the, erm, large one - was there, but he didn't engage in battle. He didn't need to. Between Thundercracker's missiles and the shots fired, Skyfire was already on the run. That's how Scourge came to bring me back on his trailer."
Fleetwind eyes Shortround a bit uncertainly. He understands all the words the toy collector is using, but combined, they still seem to come out odd. Finally, he just shrugs. He'll be keeping an optic out for the strange, sigiless Seeker, certainly, but too much speculation until he has more information is fruitless.
When Eye-fire arrives, Fleetwind opens his optics wide. "What the blazes happened to you?!" he exclaims, startled. "Wasn't a cease-fire called?"

"Shortround, if I am at all familiar with Seekers, painting oneself in the colors of one's idol would be..." Creepily stalkerish. "Considered quite pathetic and a sign of potentially fatal system errors."
The Mixmaster part of him makes a comment about twins that Hook resolutely ignores. Then Eye-fire comes staggering in.
Hook looks the gun'former up and down as he stands in the doorway, then glances at one of the empty medical tables. "Sit down, Eye-fire. Give me a rundown of your damages and answer Fleetwind's question."
A simple examination with the trusty Mark I Opticband suggested that Eye-fire wasn't going to drop dead in the next twenty minutes, so Hook was just going to finish up with his Seeker. Unless, of course, any of the damages Eye-fire reported suggest that yes, in fact, he will drop dead in the next twenty minutes.

Shortround looked thoughtful at Hook's suggestion, before beginning talking again. "Could be a pathetic, system error suffering Thundercracker fanboy from some universe we've never been to, or maybe a cosplayer, or..."
Then he saw Eye-Fire come in, and moved to the side, looking at his damage. "What the smelt happened?" he asked, echoing Fleetwind's statement, but with a bit more wincing at the damage. He was hoping that this wasn't due to an Autobot, especially since he got along with Eye-Fire well, exploding bootleg incidents aside.

Even though Fleetwind asked first, he answered Hook's question first. HE transmitted his damage readouts, and they did not indicate anything life threatening. If Hook has ever inspected Eye-Fire's gun arm, he'd know that if that had been bit in two, things would be very different.
"One of the predators here, I think it was at least, a herbivore has no reason to have so many sharp teeth. Six legs, two arms, and enough eyes and teeth that punching or poking out some don't bother it. I'm going to call it "Aargh"." Eye-Fire responds to Fleetwinds and Shortrounds questions, sitting down on the free table, a piece of loose metal finally coming of and hitting the ground with a small clang.

Needlenose stomps in as harshly as he dares. He's been partially repaired by Starfighter, but still has some injuries to tend to, mostly large parts that can't be replaced on the field, or more delicate work due to Needlenose's non-standard configurations.
"We got any pre-fabbed wings in my size?" he demands as he hurries past the crowd in front and heads for the supplies. "I've got to get back in the air asap."

Fleetwind listens to Eye-fire describe the predator, and nods. "I'll have to keep an optic out for that thing, then." So he can avoid it. "A bit odd, though. Six limbs total seems to be the norm on this planet."
His optics widen as Needlenose goes stomping through, but he stays out of the way. Of course, since he's on a medical table being repaired by Hook, that's pretty easy, anyway.

Starfighter creeps in after Needlenose, looking almost apologetic. To Hook he says, "Reporting for medbay duty, sir. I did what repairs on Needlenose I could, sir, but there's internal damage that I didn't feel qualified to deal with."
He can has work off the front lines please?

Hopefully, by this time, everyone has submitted to Hook's system examinations1. So yes, Hook should know that about Eye-fire.
"Hnh. Eye-fire, there seems to be something naturally attractive about you to the local wildlife. When was the last time you were repainted? Or your radio was recalibrated?"
Needless to say, Hook is still replacing the bits of Fleetwind that Skyfire vaporized. He is also manfully resisting the urge to open up Fleetwind's chest and tweak his entire set of interacting system arrays to be their most efficient and precise. Even if it would be lovely in its perfection.
Then Needlenose comes barging in with Starfighter on his heels. "Starfighter, start work on Eye-fire. At the very least, get him cleaned up so someone more competent doesn't have to waste time on that.
"No, Needlenose, there are no pre-fabbed wings of your design. Look up the part number and tell the fabricator what you want."
//This has something to do with Spinister's current situation,// Hook states over a private radio to Needlenose. The statement invites further elaboration, but he is a Constructicon. He's quite used to spiteful refusals to answer perfectly reasonable lines of inquiry.

1. This will be posted about shortly after Hook poses out of 'CtF: We Like to Watch'. Don't worry about it for now.

Shortround blinked at Eye-Fire's description. "... If I find some toys of it, you want one? For uh... Blowing up?" Shortround asks.
Hey, he can afford to part with one if he knows what Eye-Fire is going to do. Its when he randomly blows it up that Shortround panics.
Shortround then briefly watched Fleetwind's repairs, before Needlenose and Starfighter came in. He glanced at the two, and was thankful that he had moved to the side earlier. Less likely to be hit by Mayhems in a rush and all. He glances over at where he put the surplus salvage, happy that he brought more and won't need to go out for another salvage run any time soon, especially with an Aargh running about.

"Repaint and radio recalibration? I had a minor repaint last time I ran into another blasted animal, and I haven't needed a radio recalibration." Eye-Fire responds to Hook.
"I don't want to shoot another of your toys, but if you think you have one could you show it to me at some point? All I saw were teeth and claws, and after it was dead there wasn't much of its body left." Eye-Fire says to Shortround, he'd smile if he could.

Needlenose starts muttering. "Blasted pre-frabber with it's ugly generic circuits and it's... ugh!" He starts feeding the scrap brought in earlier to provide mass for the pre-frabber, although he's forced to use an excessive amount because they aren't converting Cybertronian materials.
Suddenly, he stops feeding materials and tilts his head. Then he gives another exasperated sigh.
//Yes, this has something to do with Spinister's situation. He won't answer anything. And I've just been grounded.//

Fleetwind falls silent and listens carefully to what's going on. He watches Needlenose as best he can out of curiosity. He doesn't move or squirm, and just waits patiently for Hook to patch the hole in him.
Fleetwind is a very good patient. He likes being fully operational.

Scourge shows up in medical. He just wants to make sure that Fleetwind isn't dead, and he needs to talk to Hook. Scourge could just radio hook, but if Hook is mid-operation, it could be a bad time. He tilts his head to one side to see Eye-Fire in here and injured. What happened to him? Scourge is sure that Eye-Fire wasn't that injured when he left him.
He pauses near the door and leans against the wall since Hook does, indeed, look very busy. There will be time later for Scourge to make his request. It is a frivolous one, and Scourge is perhaps a little ashamed to ask it.
Scourge does, however, inquire, "Eye-Fire, what happened to you?"

"Yessir." Starfighter skitters over to Eye-Fire, setting out what tools he has before taking a closer look at the mech's injuries. Best to start by deactivating pain sensors in the whole of the arm, he's less likely to get hit in the face that way.
"Oh. Oh, my," he says very quietly, trying not to look as disturbed as he feels. It's not sympathy pangs, no, it's wondering what such a creature would do to him. Yeeek.

Skystrike stood at the entrance of the infirmary for a moment after she arrived. Mostly out of the habit, just to make sure that dangerous power tools weren't about to fly into her head anytime soon. It was also because the disconcertingly Optimus Prime-like Scourge in the room but that was something less worrying for the time being.
Not daring little more than a cautious glance the black truck's way, the seeker silently steps in. She'll likely just find some innocuous corner to stand in and pick charred pieces out of her air intake unless stopped. At least until Hook was done with the people who arrived before her.
