Skyfire, for all his huge size, is surprisingly gentle with small squishy people. In Perceptor's timeline, he's been known to snatch up handfuls of humans on the run without cracking bones, wrenching joints, or causing massive contusions. Minor bruising, possibly--they were struggling to escape at the time. He was quite careful with Ramulus when he picked him up and moved him to the table.
He heads for the supply cabinets, locating each ingredient in his mind before he even gets there physically. "Shall I use the CR solution recipe in the computer to get this mixture started, or do you have special modifications for Ramulus's case?" Skyfire asks as he gets each item down and lines them up on the counter, ready for decanting.
"I really ought to get some basic medical and repair training. Basic lab procedure I already know, but knowing just what to do beyond 'weld a patch over that hole' when someone comes in badly damaged would be useful," Skyfire says. "Possibly everyone should learn basic emergency first aid--this battle was as bad as some of the things I've run into in the field."

Some things never changed. Megatron being a murdering, monstrous, bastard was just one of those things. But consuming a spark in the midst of battle? that was a little over the top. Slider mulled over the possibility as he watched Perceptor and Skyfire tend to Ramulus.

Breakaway listens politely to Whirligig's explosion impression. "Hey, some of my best friends back home used to be recon drones! They weren't gooey!" They may be talking about two different kinds of drone.
"Ravage," he says, nodding at Ramulus.
OOC: Skippable.

"You sure you've seen one on the inside, jolly-jets? 'Cause seriously. Full. Of. Goo." They could very well be talking about different kinds of drone.
"Heh, he looks pretty ravaged to me!" Whirligig says, then snickers.
OOC: Skippable.

Bambi has been in the shower the whole time. She doesn't care about being dirty. She's a Dinobot and a scientist of the past. She's dirty all the time. However, Bambi was on fire, and she had to get all the char scrubbed off before repairs can resume.
She steps out of the shower in dinosaur mode and shakes herself, sending sooty droplets of solvent splattering all over the place. Then Bambi sniffs a bit and her optics light up. She exclaims, "Him Ramulus! You not dead. Good."
Bambi doesn't say, 'Me told you so,' in an attempt to be classy.

Ramulus lets Perceptor and Skyfire do what they have to do, the news that the CR-chamber is unavailable doesn't seem to phase him at all. "Is Botanica alright?" He asks softly, instead.
Ramulus pales only a slight bit at the smells of the substance Perceptor is mixing, watching the process both with care and nervousness.
He looks up when Bambi speaks, flashing her a fangy grin, "I remain a horribly stubborn goat, lass. Having someone else decide when I die just isn't so much fun." He doesn't really bother asking the Dinobot for her status, she'll probably say 'fine' . He'll just let a silent gaze upon her form last a bit longer with checking for damage. They're both Not Dead. That's good enough.

Returning with two different containers - the contents of one definitely has a much more pleasant odor than the contents of the other - Perceptor nods. "She will be. Some minor complications from cosmic rust due to her unique physiology," Perceptor reassures.
He ignores the fact that he isn't 100% sure about those facts yet, because there is no sense in upsetting Ramulus needlessly.
"Here, ingest this, please," he orders, offering the more pleasant smelling option to Ramulus. "Energy enhancements with trace mineral additives that your systems will require to assist your repairs, as well as a mild analgesic to work systemically. This," he continues, holding up the larger container, "is for external use. Please, the area of highest concentration of pain?" And if it provides significant enough relief over that small test area, then Perceptor will begin slathering it on liberally everywhere there is damage.

((Skipping Skyfire due to timeout))
That was about enough for Slider. Watching Ramulus getting slathered over the missing bits and goo with even more fluid made the car-former more than a little sorry he'd ingested so much energon in the first place. Instead he fixes his attention back on Whirligig and Breakaway.

The dinosaur makes a face, her muzzle pulling back over her teeth, when the smell hits her. She transforms into robot mode and sits on the floor, covering her nose with her hands. After a moment, Bambi pulls out her notebook and starts taking notes on Ramulus's treatment one-handed, since the other hand is still clamped over her nose.
She glances sidelong at the others and asks, "It like this after every battle?"
Everyone convalescing in the medical ward with holes in them?

Ramulus looks visibly worried, or is it because of the liquid Perceptor wants him to drink up? Botanica just so happens to be one of few mechs here he doesn't clash with. There aren't many here who could keep him from walking if a dispute went high enough. Though Ramulus wouldn't directly admit such a thing.
He obediently drinks the liquid, grimacing and growling. Shaking his head vigorously, the Transmetal next lifts a leg. It doesn't take an observant eye to notice the entire lack of calf there. "Fragger took my calf off, that would count as intensely painful" Ramulus points out for clarity.
The numbing liquid tingles and feels funny, but after a while Ramulus will notice that indeed, his systems are sending less and less feedback. He prods an undamaged piece of flesh and mumbles, "That feels funny... guess it's working"
On that note, the faun stares ahead broodingly while displaying injuries to be treated. "If I ever see that cat again........ I'm calling a tank to run over it"

Skyfire finally appears with a large pot full of CR solution, mixed to Perceptor's specifications. "Here we go. I think this is about Ramulus's size if you want to use whole body immersion. Attach one of the smaller stirrers to it and a filter pump and it should do."
The big white shuttle looks around at Bambi's comment. "It was worse than this after the Decepticons attacked our base on Gillanan III, and the battle with our mirror universe counterparts. Even I had much worse overall damage."

"Mirror... Universe...?"
From the sentence structure and the way he puts the words together, it's apparent that Slider has not plunged that far into the database. But he's feeling a bit bolder and relaxed after conversing with everyone, and he might as well be since he's going to be traveling with these 'bots for a while, so the young mech ventures a question.
"What was the attack like, with the counterparts? What were they like?"

While the things Skyfire describes were happening, Bambi had wandered off to go... hang out with a Decepticon. Okay, she was there for the start of the base attack, but she left.
Should she feel guilty about that? She doesn't.
Bambi opines, "Lot of spikes on him Ravage. Maybe get stuck in tank treads. Ouchie. Maybe better just drop bomb on him Ravage."

"Ah, yes, excellent, Skyfire," Perceptor replies as the shuttle-mech brings in the tub.
"It lacks the finesse and the stasis functions of a CR pod, however, it should significantly improve your repair and healing functions, as well as reduce overall pain. I will concentrate upon repairing and decontaminating the pod once Botanica has completed her use of it. Constructing a second pod is also high on the list of priorities," Perceptor rambles as he collects the components Skyfire had mentioned and sets them up in the tank.
It won't win any beauty contests, but in very short order, if Ramulus will allow, he will be assisted into his very own, professionally jury-rigged CR... tank... tub... thing.
"Imagine a mirror of yourself, reflecting the opposite of everything that you are," Perceptor finally remarks to Slider. "And then extrapolate a similar mirror for every individual here. That is a fair summation."

Skipping various due to timeouts
Skyfire helpfully assists Perceptor, handing him things as needed, testing connections and circuits.
"There were disturbing parallels as well. My mirror was also an explorer of sorts--only he looted alien artifacts for profit. He was also a slaver," Skyfire remarks. "Apparently he was one of the few of Them who got along well with your mirror, Perceptor."
