Grimlock head-tilts a bit. "What Allspark? And what Sector Seven and 'yellow NBE'?"

Perceptor shifts as Hook joins them, adjusting his hand so that Hook can better see te tiny mechanism, and that Spy Shot 6 can better adress the Constructicon. Though he has not vocalized as much, he is as utterly fascinated by Spy Shot 6's construction as Hook seems to be.
"Allspark? Then you would be from Jazz's reality," Perceptor observes thoughtfully, recalling Jazz's descriptions of the artifact from their many lengthy talks during Jazz's repairs upon his arrival. "And I would theorize that the 'yellow NBE' whom you speak of would be Bumblebee."
"Jazz spoke of a human organization who had held Megatron in captivity, studying him for decades. Sector Seven. They were also in possession of the Allspark artifact for that time, as well. The Allspark is the means by which the transformers of Jazz's reality gained their sapience and sentience, Grimlock," he explains.
"So, you were a human creation touched by the Allspark and given life then, Spy Shot 6?" That would certainly explain some of the miniaturization; humans are so much smaller than they are, and naturally work in a smaller scale. "What had most recently occured in your world before you found yourself here?"

"One of Barricade's people then," Hook says at more or less the same time as Perceptor states that Spy Shot 6 is from Jazz's universe.
The Constructicon falls silent as Perceptor asks the tiny Transformer more questions. Perceptor could likely stay asking questions for some time, if Hook has any measure of the other Transformer.
That would not do.
"We should not dawdle here. There are safer places to ask questions of him."

Spy Shot tilts his head curiously as Perceptor answers Grimlock's question for him, and more completely than he can, too. He files away the new information about his world, quite used to others knowing more than him, and pleased to have learned something.
"Yes," he says in response to the question about his origin, then glances back and forth between Hook and Perceptor as the Decepticon mentions safer places. He is unsure of whether or not he should answer Perceptor's question now and of what exactly he would say in response to the question. Well, Hook had said their were safer places to ask questions, but he hadn't said anything about answering them.
What then was the most recent thing to occur in his world before he was here? He filed away the implication that he was no longer in 'his' world for later thought, not particular bothered by the idea. He of course didn't know what was going on everywhere in his world, so he could only say what had occurred most recently around him, and he had already answered what he had been doing before he was here, so that couldn't be what Perceptor was asking... after a few moments of thought, the camera decides to go with the most important recent occurrence in his world before no longer being there.
"The maybe-Bumblebee NBE made the Allspark small."

Grimlock looks at Perceptor for a bit, processing this.
"So them Allspark is like Vector Sigma?"
Then Hook mentions getting a move on. "Mm. Me Grimlock not scared of being found." Even after a massive bruising, his pride is back up for another round fairly quickly. Besides, black Prime and Fake Rodimus didn't fight fair.
Granted, they are Decepticons, but that's beside the point.

Perceptor glances at Hook with a look of chagrin. "You are correct, Hook," he offers apologetically. "I believe we will require your assistance with the final salvage, if you are still willing."
"So it appears, Grimlock. Jazz explained its function to me at length, and it appears to serve much of the same purpose," Perceptor explains. He could go on at length, but Hook is quite correct, and so, instead, simply adds, "I primised Rodimus Prime that we would return intact, Grimlock. Your armor capacity is at approximately 40% of normal, and these components are too delicate to risk in a battle. I admire your courage, Grimlock, however none of us, including those back at the camp, can afford for us to engage any hostile forces here. Understood?"
"Spy Shot 6, we must return to our base with repair components. Before I may invite you to join us, I must ask you... Are you one of the 'yellow NBE's' people?" Perceptor asks, pointing with his free hand toward the Autobot symbol on his chest.

"I am," Hook tells Grimlock sharply.
The Constructicon turns to rigging his line to carry the crystal block. Yes, this is as awkward as it sounds.

Spy Shot moves to the edge of Perceptor's hand, idly listening to the conversation but rather more interested in observing the ground below. Still, hearing his name grabs his attention and he turns back to face Perceptor.
He lifts his leg with the Autobot symbol on it slightly in response. "I am an Autobot. I am not a Decepticon lead by Megatron." The little camera punctuates his declaration with a firm nod then returns to staring at the ground.

Oh, right, that promise to Rodimus.
The wind falls out of Grimlock's boisterous sails at that. Darn loyalty. Sometimes means you gotta cave on stuff you feel like doing. Doesn't mean Grimlock's gotta like it, though.
"Mmph. Fine. Me Grimlock got it..." he mumbles in Perceptor's direction. Then Hook gets a bit snippy, and Grimlock looks over at him. "If you scared, you hide behind me Grimlock." His tone isn't quite condescending. One of those tones like a kid that's telling someone else something that the kid feels the other should already know.

"Excellent, Spy Shot 6. We are quite pleased to make your accquaintance. Welcome to planet Gillanan III. Additional explanations will be forthcomming as soon as possible."
"Hook, if it becomes necessary, you will find an abandoned temple at {temple coordinates here}, and your people should be near there. Do not risk recapture by either your Autobots or our Decepticons. Flee, even if it requires that you leave us behind. Understood?" Perceptor instructs. He does not offer to assist Hook in his rigging, however. The Constructicon would not tolerate his presence so near, and certainly not touching him. He does, however, offer a quiet, "Thank you," with a nod toward that crystal chunk.
"Grimlock, the same goes for you. If we are intercepted, you will drop me and guide Hook and Spy Shot 6 back while I attempt to ensure your retreat. No arguments," Perceptor orders sternly, shaking a finger at the dinobot. "The parts which you will be carrying are too necessary to risk right now, and there are other repair technicians who can see to completing your repairs, as well as repairs for the others. We need your strength and combat prowess too badly to risk your capture, and, without my scope... I am little more than a barely-effectual foot soldier."
Spy Shot 6 is carefully, and gently, set back upon the ground that he is so fascinated with; Perceptor needs his hands free to gather those tools which Hook had not taken, and to continue efficiently stripping the corpses of anything portable and useful.
"My weight, transformed, is negligible, yes," he explains as he works, "however, it is not weight but distraction which I would be more concerned with in such a situation. I promise you that even without my scope, that I can ensure that any Decepticon - or Autobot - will be made quite aware of my presence." He will not allow the others to be risked.
"Do I make myself clear, Grimlock?" Stubborn dinobot is stubborn, but Perceptor is pretty adamant right now.

No, I can't.
Hook does not voice that opinion, does not say anything at all to the Dinobot. Grimlock cannot understand what, or who, Hook is running from. Not really.
"Understood," he says quietly in response to Perceptor as he finishes rigging the crystal. He settles to wait for the others to be ready to move out, ready to transform or fly as needed.

Planet Gillanan III. Definitely not planet Earth. This makes sense, of course, given that the sun is different than Earth's usual sun, but Spy Shot still looks at the ground with new respect as Perceptor sets him on it. It is very new ground, like none he could ever have seen before even if he had traveled the Earth instead of staying in Sector Seven.
Today is a very strange and pleasing day. He is somewhere very new now, somehow, and he has managed to meet up with other Autobots - not to mention learning that an Autobot is what he actually decided to be. Very pleasing, very pleasing indeed.
Satisfied with his observation of the ground, Spy Shot turns his interest back to the metal giants, curiously watching their motions and waiting to see what will happen next.

Grimlock turns to Perceptor, slightly taken aback by that pointing finger. That usually comes from Rodimus or Kup, not the scientist.
What? He's telling Grimlock to leave him behind if they get attacked? That...is an odd request. The Dinobot Commander is rather perplexed. Sure, he's one to leave those behind he deems weak, usually. However, he's warmed up to this thing known as 'camraderie' over the past few years. And well, this just leaves a foul taste on Grimlock's oral sensors.
"Mmmrrg. Perceptor clear, but me Grimlock no like idea." He clenches his fists, looking down at the ground as he voices his distaste of this whole thing.. "Me Grimlock hate situation, me Grimlock hate running away, and me Grimlock really hate Fake Autobots that making us do this!" He starts to stomp, then remembers that Perceptor put their small friend back on the ground. "...but, me Grimlock do it. Rodimus want me Grimlock to listen to Perceptor 'cause him smart 'bot. Me listen to Rodimus, so me listen to Perceptor, even though me disagree."
That said, he wanders back over to be near the bodies, ready to accept parts to shunt away in subspace as-needed.

Stern seriousness melts into sad fondness as Perceptor turns his attention back down to the corpses. "I know, Grimlock. I cannot profess any particular enjoyment of our current predicament, either. It is, however, what it is."
Components and parts are quickly and efficiently stripped out and either tucked away in his own subspace, or handed up to Grimlock, the most important pieces going to Grimlock, with redundancies going into his own storage. If they had the ability, Perceptor would prefer to bring the bodies back entire and unscavenged; the armor and structure would work much better as raw materials for the fabrication of replacement armor than the materials that they can scavenge from the Gillanan III tunnel systems, after all. Neither Long Haul nor Skyfire are with them, however, and they'll have to make due with what they can fit between themselves.
It seems... wrong, somehow, to leave the unfamiliar Optimus Prime's body behind for a Decepticon to come along and desecrate. Perceptor pauses as he turns to it, reaching out to rest his fingertips upon one outstretched leg--
Only for the grey shell to disintegrate under his touch.
Perceptor flinches back. He cannot even seem to save an Optimus corpse. The theme is becoming tiring. Really.
"If everyone is ready, then," he finally declares as he climbs back to his feet, "we should leave before this location receives any more visitors." And with that, he transforms, mass shifting down to something much nearer Spy Shot 6's size, right beside the tiny transformer so that Grimlock can find and retrieve him that much easier. "Thank you, Grimlock."
ooc: clear to head back with whatever time-skips folks find most convenient if everyone else is.

Hook is ready to leave whenever the others are. This place has far too much horribleness for him to want to remain a moment longer than he must.
